ORDER INFORMATION

When we receive your order we will send you, within 24 hours, a confirmation of your order in which we will state the articles and price of your order.

We will send your order to you by TPG Post upon receipt of the amount due by you, which is to be transmitted to our bank account 10.50.90.425 with the Rabobank in Nunspeet, for: De Beadsdoos.

Orders made using the payment condition C.O.D. (cash on delivery) will be posted the next day (between Monday and Friday). The amount due will be paid to the postman (this method of payment is only available in The Netherlands)

All costs involved With C.O.D. orders are at the expense of the client. A client refusing a C.O.D. order will be obligated to pay postage, administration and C.O.D. costs to the Beadsdoos.

You will receive an order confirmation directly after placing your order. If you do not receive your order approximately 4 days after transferring the funds due to us, please let us know by e-mail at verkoop@deBeadsdoos.nl
Delivery costs

In the Netherlands a fee of €2,50 will be charged for orders less than €25,00.
A fee of €5,00, for an order of €25,00 or less, will be charged for orders outside of The Netherlands and Belgium, but inside of the European Union. A fee of €3,00, will be charged for orders exceeding €25,00.
There will be no delivery fee charged for orders exceeding €25,00 euro within The Netherlands and Belgium.

You can also choose to have your delivery sent using Guarantee post. This is available for orders not exceeding 2 kg in weight. A charge of €7,50 is applicable; this also applies to orders for more than €25,00.

The fee involved for a C.O.D. delivery is €14,00.

It is very easy to order, you just click on the icon “order” and the item chosen by you will be automatically placed in your shopping basket.

Just go to your shopping basket when you have finished your shopping..

Then you fill in your personal details.

You then send your order. After placing your order you will receive your log in details with which you can easily visit our site without any obligations.
Delivery getting lost in the post.

The Beadsdoos does not accept any responsibility for deliveries that get lost in the post. It is not possible to get any reimbursement from the Beadsdoos. You can choose Guarantee Post to ensure that your order does not get lost in the post. This costs €7,50 and is at the client’s own expense.
Format / colour

Please remember that articles are not portrayed in their actual size, the size is however mentioned in the description of each article.

We do all that we can to portray the articles as accurately as possible, but it is possible that the colour of the actual article may differ slightly from the colour portrayed on your screen.
Returning articles
·
Please inform us first by e-mail should you need to return an article. Articles may be returned within 7 days of delivery stating your bank account number. We will transfer funds due to the client, as soon as possible, after receipt of the returned articles and controlling that there have been no damages occurred.
Belgium clients

Our Belgium clients must state our IBAN NUMBER and BIC NUMBER when transferring funds to our account. Our IBAN Number is: nl33rabo0105090425. Our BIC Number is: Rabonl2U.
How does The Beadsdoos protect your privacy?

Protecting your personal details. When you log on to our site to place an order or change your personal details this will be done using a protected connection. This connection uses a SSL connection of 128 bites key. Using this system makes it impossible for third parties to access your personal details. Your personal details will never be given to any third parties
