How do I shop in The Beadsdoos?
Click on any of the menu items that can be found under Categories from our Homepage.
You can quickly find any article using the search programme. Type in the article you are looking for in the search then click on the button. The article you are looking for will appear and you can place your order.
Do you have a catalogue?
Yes, the site is our online catalogue; we don’t have a paper version.
How do I finalize my order?
Working from your shopping basket you can just press the button ‘send’. Fill in you details and the chosen method of payment and you will automatically receive a confirmation by e-mail.
I can’t log in, why is this?
After placing your first order with The Beadsdoos you will automatically receive your log in details.
What happens to my personal details?
Your personals details will be safely saved in a database. We shall never give your details to third parties. We can use your details for the following purposes:
• To send the ordered articles;
• To send an e-mail with queries about your order;
• For statistics.
It is also handy for you, as client. An example of this is that it is always possible for you to see what you have ordered in the past or to make a wish list.
What are the delivery costs?
The delivery costs depend on where you live.
How do I put an article in my shopping basket?
Click on the requested amount (under the picture of the article) and then click on the order button. The article has now been placed in your shopping basket.
How do I come to the last page I looked at?
If you want to see the last page looked at just click on the button ‘back’. This link is at the top of your site.
Do I have to be logged in or registered before I can place an order?
No, after you have placed your order you will automatically receive your log in details. You do not have to be logged in. There are certain advantages when you are logged in, for example:
• You can add articles to your wish list.
• You only have to fill in you address details one time.
How do I use the wish list?
It is handy to place articles that you do not yet wish to order to your wish list. You have to be logged in to do this.
Where can I find the newest articles on the web site?
That’s easy, just click on the button ‘Nieuw’.
Do you have an overview of the out of stock articles?
Yes, go to “Sold out”. You will then receive a complete overview of all articles that are out of stock.
When will the out of stock articles be deliverable?
We always do our utmost to have all our articles deliverable. We are however dependent on suppliers and this is not always possible. If there is an article that you really would like to have, please send us an e-mail to verkoop@deBeadsdoos.nl and we will try to get this article.
I didn’t receive an e-mail confirmation of my order, what should I do?
First check your Spam if you ordered through hotmail. If the confirmation mail isn’t in your Spam then please contact us through verkoop@deBeadsdoos.nl or call us during opening times in our store Juffertje Negen at : (+31) (0)525686688. We will do all we can to help you.
I Have placed my order but forgotten something?
If this should happen, you just go to our site to order the article. Please don’t forget to mention both order numbers. Naturally you don’t have to pay delivery costs for the second order. Do send us an e-mail mentioning this or mention it by remarks at the bottom of your order.
Is it possible to pick up my order?
Yes, that is possible if you have paid for your order in advance by Paypal or Ideal. You should let us know by e-mail when you want to pick up your order.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
After receipt of the payment we will send your order through TNT-POST. If you have paid using Paypal or Ideal before 14.00 hrs we will do our very best to send your order on the same day. We will contact you when this isn’t possible because an article is out of stock. Sadly, the post is not always on time and you can not assume that your order will be delivered the next day.
Do you charge extra costs when paying by Paypal or iDeal?
No, we don’t add any extra charges, your order does have to exceed €15,00.
I paid through Paypal for my order under the €15,00?
The order can not be sent. Please contact us so that we can transfer your money back to your account.
Do you deliver abroad?
Yes, we deliver abroad. Don’t forget to mention our IBAN- and BICcod. (This is obligatory!) Our IBAN Number is: nl33rabo0105090425. Our BIC Number is: Rabonl2U

Is the collection in the store Juffertje Negen the same as in the Beadsdoos?
No, we have a much larger collection of Beads and jewellery parts in our store than on the website. It is absolutely worth you time to visit our store. Our collection includes the following design names: * BIBA, Pilgrim, Beauregard, IxxxI, Oozo, Stamps and of course our own EXCLUSIVE handmade jewellery and gorgeous accessories.
